Hemant Pawar leads Black Rock Architect F.Z L.L.C with over two decades of experience in turnkey construction, infrastructure, and real estate development. He has delivered residential, commercial, and industrial projects end-to-end, with a sharp focus on quality, precision, and timelines.

A global tech entrepreneur, he has built and operated large-scale digital IT practices while managing multiple international real estate ventures. He has worked closely with Fortune 500 clients, developers, and stakeholders across sectors. In the UAE, he has contributed to landmark developments, including a signature project for the family office of Mr. Ahmad Lootah and H.H. Sheikha Al Moza Al Maktoum, alongside key figure Sir Khalifa.

His blend of technical depth, operational discipline, and global exposure positions the firm to execute complex transactions and deliver value across diverse asset classes — from premium land parcels to hospitality portfolios and large-scale developments.

Samir spent nine formative years with Sanjay Puri Architects, serving as a Senior Associate. During this tenure, he played a key role in leading design development, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing client interactions, and ensuring project delivery aligned with both creative vision and technical rigor.

He holds a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) degree from the prestigious Sir J. J. College of Architecture, Mumbai (2002). This foundation shaped his design sensitivity and technical clarity early in his career.

Equipped with a professional degree in Interior Design from INIFD, Juhu, Mumbai (2009), she built her foundation on structured design thinking, spatial planning, and refined aesthetic judgment. Her expertise lies in interior design strategy, thoughtful material selection, and balanced color composition — ensuring every space is cohesive, functional, and visually compelling.

With over 20 years of hands-on experience across diverse project typologies, she brings both creative depth and execution discipline. For the past 13 years, she has successfully led her independent practice, We Architects, delivering a broad range of projects across India, including hotels, malls, residential developments, and large-scale townships.

From concept development to on-site execution and final completion, she oversees the complete project lifecycle — managing both civil construction and interior works. Her strength lies in preserving design intent while maintaining strict control over timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
